Here’s a sneaky peaky at a brand new Jessie Ware tune, 110%. The track title would suggest the song is about a post match interview with a footballer, but don’t worry it’s not. Saff Londoner Jessie is churning them out at the minute, this tune coming hot on the heels of Running which was only released a fortnight ago. She has a great sound and it throws me back to Club Classic’s era Soul II Soul and it makes me want summer now.

2012 began with The Cast of Cheers first proper single ‘Family’, a urgent jerky guitar tune that let me wanting more. Their follow up single is ‘Animals’ which sees a slight slow down in pace.
Both tracks are taken from the band’s forthcoming album Family set for release on June 15th via School Boy Error/ Co-operative Music.

‘Flutes’ is the first piece of music taken from Hot Chip’s forthcoming album In Our Heads. The track was introduced last week via a pretty unwatchable video, but now there’s a soundcloud stream doing the rounds.
Clocking in at 7 minutes long, this is a great taster of things to come. Looped vocals & Alexis Taylor’s signature stylings over top, it’s a slow burning but hypnotizing dance tune.
You can pre-order the album here. Hot Chip are also scheduled to play this year’s Electric Picnic.

‘Never Let Me Go’ is one of the more typical style ballads on Florence + The Machine’s Ceremonials, but with the help of Clams Casino it’s been given a massive re-work. Paired back, sparse and powerful. Seems right for Sunday Supplement.
Enjoy.
In the months since he’s finished his leaving cert, Irish electronic wonder kid has changed his name from Moths to Mmoths, and has his early tracks have been given a rework and a new burst of lift with guest vocals.
This re-work of ‘Summer’ is once such example, featuring vocals from Superhumanoids.
Enjoy.
The Friday’s tune comes form Belgium band Great Mountain Fire. This past week I’ve given their album Canopy more plays than is good for one’s health, but it’s ok as the album is that good.
It’s got an indie folk vibe, with some group vocals thrown in for good measure. The album is so damm catchy I found it hard to choose just one song, so instead here’s two songs from the band to kick start your weekend. ‘Crooked Head’ and ‘Late Lights’
Premiered last night on Annie Mac’s BBC Radio 1 show, ‘Tomorrow’ is more pop gold from Swedish due Niki and the Dove. Their album Instinct drops May 19th on Sub Pop.

It’s Friday! And you know what that means, feel good Weekend Tunage time. ‘No Love’ from Brooklyn band Horray For Earth is what’s in store today. Turn up and enjoy.
