San Cisco are an indie pop band from Australia that have produced the above song that’s been firmly stuck in my head since I first listened to it on New Years Day. ‘Awkward’ is a quirky relationship call and response song between lead singer Jordi Davieson and drummer Scarlett Stevens – I just hope it’s fictional! 
The band have been lauded by the ever popular Triple J in Oz, and with the upcoming release of their second EP, also titled Awkward they should start making some waves over this side of the world. If bright stick in your head pop hooks are your thing you’ll enjoy San Cisco, their debut EP Golden Revolver is well worth checking out also.
