Day 3 of the Oxegen 2011 announcements sees blink-182 added to the list of headline acts.
Nearly 20 years after forming, the Californian rockers will be hitting Punchestown in mid-July, along with Arctic Monkeys and Foo Fighters. Unsurprisingly, blink-182 also have a new album out in 2011, so festival goers can expect plenty of new tunes.
Oxegen 2011 will be a 4-day event again this year, running from Thursday 7th to Sunday 10th July 2011. There’s also a continuation of the 2007 price freeze scheme, saving you €25 on the full ticket price if you buy before 31st December – these early bird tickets go on sale now – like, right now. Ticket sales will reopen again in March.

Leave a CommentBlink 182 – ah the memories. I seriously loved them as an angry teen.
Headliners aren’t looking too bad at all – crazy that they are announcing them this early tho, it’s not even 2011 yet!
