Free Music: Cast Of Cheers

Everyone likes free music, and its become increasing popular for the big name bands to offer a track or two for free. Sometimes even a whole album. And today’s spot of free music just happens to be a full album.

Cast of Cheers are a foursome from Dublin, who have released their debut album officially today. But you dont have to pay for it! Its been available for a few weeks via Bandcamp, so head over to the website to download the full 10 tracks for free. Its definitely worth a listen.

And now that you’ve saved a few bob from not buying the record, you can afford to go and see Cast of Cheers perform live. They’re playing three gigs in Dublin in April:

• 9th April – The Academy – as part of Phantom’s First Friday with Yes Cadets, Reader’s Wives and The Riptide Movement,
• 17th April – Twisted Pepper – as part of the The Continuous Battle of Order‘s album launch,
• 28th April – Whelans – with Californian band Crystal Antlers.

So you’ve plenty of chances to catch these Irish up-and-comers live. And so do I!
